MPG on dash wont change....
« on: 31 August 2011, 12:46 »
Hi all,

Noticed the last couple of days the car is stuck between 33.2 and 33.9 MPG on a run.

The car is not doing that as i am using the same amount of fuel as normal per day and is running fine.

So is there a way of resetting the MPG on the dash?

Only thing I have done differently recently is used Super Unleaded as I was on fumes and the garage only had that left.

Dan

push slider on right stalk all the way left to reset the "per trip" counter, or all the way to the right for the "per tank" counter.

You only ever need two tools in life. If it moves and it shouldn't use Duct Tape. If it does not move and it should, use WD40.

Yeah move the slider on to to the position marked 0. If your in position 2 it will be totalled since last reset anyway, so if its been a while, its not gonna move much.
