Ok.  WTF is going on?

Just watched it.  Only caught a few of the last episodes.  Saw the spaceman kill him, the silence, the CIA black box thing and the sexy ginger lass pregnant.

Now this River Song bird is his daughter, and is trying to kill The Dr!!!

I can't be arsed to iPlayer it.

So a plot explanation would be great.

sillence kidnaped amy replaced her with the flesh (a avatar) then doctor got her back but sillence replaced her baby with flesh that was then brainwashed to kill doctor. melody pond doesnt trnaslate into doctors language closest words where pond=river mellody= song

Brilliant series, and now I know why the split it over 2 sort-of-semi-quasi-series....

I'm sure there is more to it than that, as apparently Torchwood has had the Silence in it, I've not watched this series of Torchwood, looked too Americanized and gay. Really gay according to what my wife said about last nights show. Torchwood = aliens, alien tech, dirty and dark humour... not 2 blokes f@cking eachother!
