Rattle cans
« on: 15 August 2011, 17:50 »
Guys, i got a few bits on the bodywork that need attention, like a few scrapes that have been touched up with in correct shade of white, and a few little rust spots i want to treat.

question is though what is the best sites or shops to get rattle cans made up in the colour i need?

iv found this place, but what places do you guys use?

Just get it from VW. little bit more expensive and the cans are only 150ml, but you know its the right colour, and its in a pack. Dunno if yours needs lacquer as its solid paint, but as its a pack from VW, you will get the base coat and anything else needed. 150ml should be more than enough for a few scratches and a little bit of rust though.

About 7 quid for the off the shelf stuff, and about 12 or 13 for them to mix it in halfords.
