How much paint and where from?(Bike content)

Now then peoples,not car related but bike related.
Im in the process of doing up a classic ns125r to use for work to save ruining the new paint on the car going to work.
Ive got everything in primer now after doing lots of plastic welding and filling etc.
Its all in a high build primer.
What id like to know is how much paint do you think i will need?(rattlecan)
Im spraying a tank,front mudguard,headlight cowling a belly pan and 2 side panels.

Ive only done small items before but id like to do this properly(as much as you can with a rattle can)
I rubbed the original paint down with 150,then 200 got it smooth then primered.
Im now at the stage where i need to know what grit paper to use before applying colour?

Also im going for Audi Ibis white so im guessing its a case of spray with this and then over the top with some laquer?2x400ml cans of colour and 2x400ml cans or laquer?

I'm not going to be much help here (limited paint knowlege) but coverage wise I'd say you'll need 3 cans, don't think 2 will be enough, hopefully someone else will be able to help further...
