i now seem to have a broken seat leon cupra 180, but this means I have a good 20vt auq engine and i also have a mk1 gti cabby on my drive.

you can see where this is going :D

does anybody have any details on the conversion? and build diaries or anything i know the conversion has been done a lot so can't be too bad.

thats awesome info mate but i'm not using the mk1 box lol too much power in my opinion for that

I believe you can use a mk2 16v box, the AUQ box will mean switching to hyd clutch etc.
