Inner CV Boot - Spline Tool
« on: 10 August 2011, 09:31 »
Quick question,

Going to tackle my inner CV boot soon and cannot seem to find what tool I need exactly for teh 6 spline bolts on the transmission.

I read 8mm but can only find M8 on ebay, is that same thing?

Would this be ok?

Thanks

Yeah its the same thing, and that one will be fine. Worth getting a set for only a few quid more though. I got a set and there are long and short shaft splints in as well

That's great thanks mate. I have bought so many tools in last 2 years and no where to put them (house share). Starting to piss the gf off now lol

I dream of my own place with my own covered garage space
