vr6 conversion

hi ive got a mk 3 vr6 im breaking and im thinking  about keeping the engine and putting it in my mk 2 does any one know what i will  need xtra for this to fit? Like gearbox , loom etc . . .

Gearbox, loom and ecu will be needed.
