rightt...

small problemm


my car hasnt been ran properly for about 4 months, took it out today and it sounds like its running off 2 cylinders but its not all the leads are plugged in

the car has no power what so ever
struggles to start
and doesnt idle that well


any ideas?

First off check each ht lead for spark.

sounds silly. but how do i check for a sparkk?

and if there is not i need new leads?

how i do it is to take out a spark plug plug it into ht lead and place it on rocker cover. then start engine and see if it sparks. and just do the same one by one with all.

but for god sake DO NOT put your hands anywhere near it wile its sparking  :grin:

Get a mate to crank it over and see if you have a spark but don't touch it.
