if the mfa doesnt move at all then check the connection between the stalk and the clocks, just take the under side of the steering column off
also, buy a new voltage regulator for the back of the clocks, bout a ?5 from GSF or Eurocarparts - it jsut plugs into the back of the clocks
if you are missing the speedo drive then there is two types
Red one,
for 120mph & 160mph clocks
White one
for 140mph clocks
also trying pushing the cable back into the clocks through the bulk head, they have been known to come out
