Need some How-to's & Advice please folks!

Hi Guys,

Well, i bought my first VW last week, being a 2001 Golf 1.8T (AUM)

Already done a few things already, like had coilpacks replaced by VW under the recall, simplified the PCV and installed a catch can, changed oil and filter, and had a lovley remap done by the guys @ R-Tech. Anyway, i've a few more jobs lined up, but could do with some help.

Advised on the day of the remap by R-Tech:

I need to change the Fuel filter (where is it, any tips, etc)

I need to change the O-ring on the Pancake pipe (again, where is it and whats the best way to tackle it)

I need to change the Spark Plugs, as not sure when the last change was (what do you recommend and where from? IK22's?)

Any guides or how-to's would be a great help for a n00b like me - i've been a ford man for 10 years... unfortunatley!

fuel filter is on drivers side mate under car bout halfway down

pancake pipe is inside drivers side wheel easier take wheel off and you,ll see

few peeps use bosch super 4s, a know patch on here as just tried the ik22s and hes had good reports on them
