So have you saved all that dollar even after paying mortgage, home insurance, motor insurance, bricks and mortar insurance, water rates, gas, and electric bills. Council tax, TV licence, food bills etc?

I think Joe might be short on a few of those chunky overheads, but even so, the effort is positive and better than spraying urinals with most of your wages each month.

:grin:  im yet to be in any sort of resonable debt due to owning a home etc but even living at home i still have a silly amount of outgoings due to the life style I chose but this is slowly getting turned around and out of as much debt as i can so i can get in some sort of debt while owing my own place
