Gear box Oil

Yet Another question...

How much Gear box oil is required if replacing and what would oil would you suggest?

Any help would br great cheers....

its abot 3/3.5lt, just us a man gearbox oil, ive got comma in mine, but dont think it matters

What the f**k , 3 litres ?   
You need 2.1 litres to be exact, but some will get left in the box so 2 litres will do.
I use castrol syntrax, works for me.

Fill the box until fluid starts to run out of the filler plug hole, then you know you have filled with the correct amount.

.....and don't pour it in through the timing inspection hole, or you'll end up with a very messy drive way.
