Stuck dizzy grrrrr

Any one know a few tricks to get the dizzy out, its corroded into the block and it wont shift.
Dizzy is well out as it was hitting the 5k limit.
Ive re timmed it from the inter shaft to read tdc, this has stopped it hitting the limiter and the 515 code is staying clear now, so all good.
Only prob is that to change hall sensor in future I will need it out, also I have a newer dizzy on my other golf which i want to swap over........

Tried all the usual bash and WD40 methods ,anything I should try before I modify my dads joint splitter

take off the clamp then use a thin screwdriver or pick to clean out as much crud from the lip round the base as you can. drown it in penetrating oil and leave it for 30 mins or so, then give it another dose. use proper penetrating oil, not WD40.

next clamp some mole grips round the dizzy shaft, then tap it clockwise and anti clockwise gently a few times. you arnt trying to use brute force to free it, rather shock it loose. if you just go all out on it you'll most likely just chew metal off the stem rather than move it

Done all of the above, it seems to have been chiseled at one point to try and turn it, problem is it has swaged the base out a bit
Top flange was leaking down onto it as well which has not helped
Going to keep soaking it in maint spray for now and see if it eventuly shifts

I had similar prob a while back.Tried all the above but eventually i got it out by doing all the above and more but when the engine was hot.I put a pair of mole grips on it close to it's base and used two levers,1 under each side against the block and underside of the mole grips. With a soft mallet and careful levering, tapping and twisting left and right it eventually gave in.I also used a small blow lamp to keep it all hot after the regular lubing cooled it.
 Good luck.
