CAT back or Induction Kit???

What do you guys think, its a case of one or the other for both money and insurance purposes... from whcih will I be able to reap the most gains?

Worth noting this is not for a VW its for a mates MR2 who can't decide!

I said get a BMC stuff the exhaust but worth asking other peoples opinions?

Exhaust, they make a lot of difference on these

Yeah defiantly exhaust, had mine custom made with i sports cat, you could feel the difference! had a 4 branch stainless manifold too, thats made even more difference, another benefit i've noticed is i can get 41.7 mpg out of a motorway run, where i was doing around 38 mpg before the exhaust.
