I have a seat 1.2 12ver.

Got 3 NCD and no claims. Was £350 through swift. Got my renewal last week - a whoping £630 tag.

Done a search and went with 1st central for £320 ;)

Just shows when you shop around!

the insurance companies are blaming the snow for the increase in premiums because of all the people trying to drive and crashing last winter.

TBH it's always been like this. I have only had a couple of years when my premium has gone down in 16 years of driving.

15 years no claims
13 years I hd the same car
2 of those years my premium was cheaper than the year before, the rest of the time my premium went up.

I'm afraid rip off britain strikes again

and we all try our best to avoid accidents or claims to build up out ncb , to me seem's a waste of f**king time being a careful driver  :undecided:
