coilover fitting

does any 1 know how to fit these i know on the front i have to use the top mount and the metal bits that sit on top of the springs but im just unsure about the rears..

you dont use the metal spring cupos front or rear, these are part of the coilover unit.
up front fit the top mount direct to the shock and secure with the threaded bush, then fit to car and put the top cup on and secure either with a new nut or the nylock one from the coilover kit if supplied.

for the rear the only bit you need from the back is the 2 rubber bushes plus the bits that go between them and the car, you leave the old metal top cap and rubber spring seat off.
