Alternator help

Hi I need a bigger alternator like a 180 amp so can some one tell me what car to get one off of that will fit a mk4 golf GTI agu thanx ian

150amp is biggest standard fitment that has been installed by Chris (Imagewerx) over on ukmkivs

There's a bloke on talk audio that has fitted a 180 amp alternator I can't reley see the part number all I can see is 180a Vw ag 14v 3**6*vl* if that makes any sense lol

Yer I'm doing that as well I've got a 200amp stinger split charge relay but wanted the bigger alternator as well so the standard one ante got to workman hard
