does anyone know if shock absorbers off a corrardo 20l 16v would fit a golf 20l 16v?

Yes but you may need to change the top mounts

depends on year....upto 95 had the same top mount/spring caps as the mk2 golf/corrado but later will be different (I will add it's wise to fit new top mounts when fitting shockers and heavier duty vr6 mounts fit all years)

you can either type of top mount to a mk3, and either type of mount will fit to any shock. just a case of making sure the top mounts and upper spring cups match, plus you get the right diameter upper cups to match the springs.

but since its just shocks you're asking about then they're a direct fit, just swap your old stuff over but with new top mounts as said. i would also put new bump stops and upper rubber spring seats on the backs as well, the front bump stops are usually fine to reuse
