Heater gets cold as I go faster
« on: 08 March 2011, 18:18 »
Just came back from a round trip to Derby.

I noticed that at Idle I get hot air from the blowers.  But as I go faster the air gets cooler until cold, but not quite outside air temp cold.

Water pump and thermostat are about 6 months old.

Also temp guage only gets just above 1/3.

Hmm?

Any ideas?

Test in boiling water to rule it out first, the spring should pull back over 80C!
