M plate is 1994/95, you shold replace the head bolts as well also worth getting the head checked whilst it is off as it may need a light skim.

It may be your head that is knackered.

A new cambelt and tensioner, some gasket sealer for your rocker cover (or new gasket). check camshaft oil seal and replace if needed.

What caused the headgasket to blow? Major overheating?
If so yes the head will probably need skimming!
So allow a week in between taking it off and refitting.
