that isnt a mk2/3 kit, the top mounts are all wrong.
but if it was, you dont have to change the top mounts to fit it all mk2/3 are interchangeable. but it would be a good idea to buy new top mounts, and given the choice i would use mk3 gti ones

ah, it will fit fine then. just dont expect it to lower by 40mm as mk3 is heavier
