BBS RX2's are they worth it? What would you do?

Are you aware that those Team Dynamics alloys come with the incorrect size tyres fitted for your car?
They need to be 205/40/16  NOT 205/50/16 as they'll possibly rub, look rubbish and throw your gearing and speedo out.

Trust me mate the rx2s are easy enough to refurb, i used my cordless drill wi a sandin bit in the end to get the rim down to the alloy then smoothed it off. Im not a proffesional but i was well chuffd wi the job and how easy they were to split and rebuild. Gonna get sum pics of them on at wkend and see wot every1 thinks. But i like em so. :-) plus wen there done there worth more than £80 lol

See i've heard that they are a right b@stard to split and that the bolts are expensive to replace if they get broken?

I got told they were hard to split but they wer a piece of cake mate, i had them all split in an hour n half. 1bolt snapd owt of them all and theres 16 in each wheel so was chuffd and i just stuck the head back on when done. A little tap in the back and the faces come out easy. Up to u at end of day mate and how confident u are. Id give u tips if u nd them pal

yeah thanks mate am aware though i'de just sell the current tyres if i did go for them, but not sure if they look right though

Cheers for the advice guys, I've now managed to get me some nice 16" BBS RX alloys, wrapped in some almost new Yokohoma S-Drive for £250.00, well chuffed
