Yes they do fit a Mk6. I'm going to fit mine over the weekend so I'll post a picture up.

Lockwood do sill covers for the GTI, GT and TDI. I asked them if they do them for the GTD they said no as there is no demand for them. Well they must be easy to make as they only need to use the GT and the D from TDI and stick them together.
