always wanted a red mk2 gti and took the plunge late last year, absolutely love it and the mission is to get it to a very good stock condition with maybe a few, er, engine refinements.
car is a 92 8v digi, probably one of the last and have just completed engine mounts, gear linkage and exhaust as well as setting it up as per rubjonny's guide on clubgti, what a difference!!
anyhow, prepare yourselves for the barrage of technical issues that are inevitably going to follow
probably see some of you at shows later in the year
