my motors starting to sound like a tractor so i poked my head under and could see the manifold to down pipe gasget is blowing, after a very long time looking through my local car shops parts book it seems to be that i have a 1.6 caddy manifold and down pipe on my gti. rather than the standard twin pipe with 6 bolt holes mine is a twin pipe with 3 bolt holes. so anyway what i realy want to know is will this set up be restricting the cars performance?
