Hit a massive pot hole the other day on my way to work.. long story.. dog walker, black cloths, in the dark etc..
Anyway since this happened it been making a slight noise from the side which went throught the pothole when turning left.. Took the wheel off, check everything and it all looks fine to me. So just presumed i was being paranoid.
Got driving home last night and coming across Snake pass there was a ;large section of brokenm road which i wasnt aware of and flew through it about 40 ish.. Oouch. then the noise got worse, there was a squeaking noise that stops when brake is applied, aslo it stalled and wouldnt go in to any gear. Oh sh!t i was thinking, put it in 3rd as i was still moving and going down hill, foot on clutch and started it, carried on driving buit then i went to park upo and the power steering pump is being noisey, checked it and there is hardly any groves left on the pully!
Also, what is the little bevel gear in the gear linkage mech stuff, small plastic thing, as it looks about goosed..
Any ideas would be greatly appriciated!!
