I purchased my Golf GTI Mk5 Edition 30 in black back in December after changing jobs and losing my company car. I am so please I got the GTI and even more pleased I took my time and searched high and low for an Edition 30.
The company car I had to give back was an Audi A4 Sline and the only thing i miss are the DRL's. So I purchased a set from veedubmachine.com but have been having a nightmare fitting them. This is probably down to the fact that I am useless when it comes to things like this.
I only have three wires to connect so I though how hard could it be! I have managed to find a home for the earth wire and connecting the white wire to the number 10 wire found at the back of the main headlights. The issue I have is finding a ignition live wire to connect to. Can anyone help please!
