just read up that if the cylinder had gone then the pedal would stay on the floor when pressed dont know if this is right

clamp the hose to the slave cylinder if the pedal returns then your slave is duff if not the master is gone.

where abouts is the slave cylinder on the mk3 and the hose to clamp. is it around the pedals somewhere is it an easy fix if this has gone?
