need buying help, quick!

ive been looking at another golf gl, i went to see it, all looked well apart from......

1) The temperature gauge didnt move
2) The Fan didn't come on but it was cold ish nite
3) No Hot air came through the blower inside the car but the car was definatly hot enoguh
4) The car pulled heavily to the right,however tires looked quite flat, they were 16" alloys on low profile tires.

Its only ?400 but are these problems going to be a headache if i buy it.

1. i would let it sat and idle to see if the fan comes on
2. check the wiring for the temp gauge
3. could just be an airlock
4. get the alignment done

?400 is about the going rate for them

If they are the only faults it sounds like a bargain, but go back during the day and have a good look underneath at the wishbones, steering rack, ball joints etc.  Make sure nowt is bent under there!

Open the bonnet and check the chassis isn't bent or buckled.
