Eip stage-3 performance chip for vr6 obd-1 distributor engine any good?

At the moment i am using techtonics tuning(TT) perforamnce cams chip for my vr6 and i been offer a eip stage-3 vr6 chip,the seller claim that is the best performance chip for vr6 N/A the reason he is letting go the eip chip is because fitted turbo to his vr6,so i wanted to know is it true the EIP stage-3 chip is the best performance chip for the vr6?Is it better than my current TT chip?

No experience of either chip but doubt its any better than what you have now, your never gonna gain anything more than 5-7bhp on a N/A engine, especially on obd1.

Better off with a corrado throttle body and inlet manifold which will give you compliment what you have already.
