Mk3 clutch will not disingage slf adjusting one

last nyt i was driving along and then all of a sudden the clutch peddle just went
poped the bonnet, the stupid clip had broken

so its all put back to geather just the now
but i wont disingage and its on a stupid self adjusting cable

i can start the car put it in gear bring the peddle up but theres no bite

can any1 help me

Maybe something else has broken, release lever maybe

change the cable, its probably bust.

drop the clutch pedal and then pull it back up this should release it from the cable being stuck. if it dont work then try again, if it still dont work then new cable
