Have had my 95 16v for a couple of months now , great car apart from one small problem in that every now and them it wont start. It first started to do this when hot , the engine would just catch an then die straight away but would eventually start after doing this after half a dozen times. Now it has started doing this when cold. It only does it every now and then (only a couple of times when cold) and as sods law would have it not at home where i could do some fault finding. I'm new to gti's so don't know much about them. Have had a scan through the posts ,Eng speed sensor,coil and ecu relays have all been mentioned, has anyone got any ideas about this before i start spreading bits all over my drive
