How can i check the exact bhp of my cars on Forza 3, is there any wayof putting them ona rolling road..?

there aint away of checking it properly, wen in a race press up on the d-pad and it gives u real time bhp and torque etc, thats the closest ur gonna get to rolling road stats

You can press 'Y' when choosing and it tells you!

Go to the grage and selext the car - press x IIRC and scroll though and it will tell you.
