Paul at TrimStar, yes. Love the tan colour! Not sure how child / dog friendly a light colour is .....

If I was to take advantage of the door panels being taken off, is it worth upgrading the speakers? I did try the sound system in the car earlier with only comment being that they lacked (only slightly) good base.

Any suggestions?

I don't know Snoops's feelings are about this, but I would change the loudspeakers especially the treble unit, get a slave amp and a sub-woofer. Might as well, as the door panels will have to come off.

Specific recommendations for amps and L/S units, I'll leave to Snoops.

Depends on budget.
I do like the Alpine PDX and JL HD amps for there size, number of channels and power. That they also fit in the gap were the dynaudio amp fits under the front passenger seat is a bonus.
Door speakers is all down to budget but imo you have to factor in some sound damping(my fav is dynamat) and speaker mounting (MDF/Birch ply/Steel) into the price. I do like the speaker make focal but they take along time to break in and can be too detailed for some. I would reccomend a small 8" or 10" subwoofer in the left hand side boot location to help produce the lowend bass. If your good at DIY theers a good stealth box thread in the audio section stickys on how to make the subbox.
