my front lights seem to b dull.does anyone have any ideas what might be wrong? i have 4 lights on the front but only to are working

You have the -  as we all have -  the VW voltage drop syndrome.

Instead of the normal magnificient 12v that the lights should receive, they only get around 10 or so.

Tis why you have dull headlights.

This is remedied with the DIY headlight loom.

Search and ye shall find.

Yep an upgraded loom and better bulbs will sort you out.

Get yourself one of these... It's one of the better ones and comes highly recomended on ED38....

Just bought these to go with that loom!!

I've always found Halfords bulbs on trade very cheap....41p for a pair of number plate lights...(and I had to pay on my card as I had no cash on me)
