no brake lights

hi all ive just had a really strange one all 3of the brake lights on my mk4 tdi have packed up including the middle one!the switch on the pedal seems ok - well its atill connected and there.anythin els it might b?

Bridge the terminals on the switch and see if they light.

It will be the  brake peddle switch had same thing on mine it will look ok but it will be broken
