Right gents, time to pick your brains...
Filled the tank lastnight, so I reset my trip meter. 22.3 miles later my gauge is showing I've nailed 1/4 of a tank already. Maf is spotless, as is the throttle body.
Funny thing is, the gauge will read low, then randomly sort itself out and vice versa.
Now is this a gauge fault or the sender?
Is this a common fault with the mk4, if so is there a repair or do I just put a new sender unit in?
