Hi,

Ive just been to my local garage to have the car plugged in to see if there was any codes come up, and the weird thing is there's no power to the scart socket (thingy), have checked the fuse's they seem ok,

any ideas people its my first golf, and there bonkers.

by the way its a gti 1.8t on a 99 t reg.

You did switch the dash on didn't you (turn the key in the ignition as far as it'll go before it starts).
