the main pains i get from valeting and detailing is my back but im not surprised considering ive been bending at funny angles to polish doors and wings for 16yrs, does take its toll in the end and will no doubt be the cause of my retirement but thats a long way off yet lol.

id choose cold water and cold hands anyday over back ache which can last for days if ive done a big job.
