Steffan BCW wheel centres

Have a set of steffan BCW 15 in wheels but in the wrong PCD for mk2 (5x100) , going to move them on as I'm not widetracking the mk2.
Does anybody know where I could get some wheel centres or badges? Current ones got painted :sad:

Also does anybody know where you can get door trim clips for a mk2?
