What parts neended for mk3 rear brake caliper convert to mk4 aluminium caliper?

I plan to convert my vw golf mk3 vr6 rear brake caliper to the mk4 aluminium caliper and i need the member here to help and advise me what is the parts needed for this project?Is it a difficult job?Worth the effort?

From what ive heard it is a pretty simple job to carry out with the bonus of a more reliable caliper which also weighs less than the standard cast steel mk3 ones, therefore meaning less unsprung weight on the rear suspension.
