Oil in TIP/ on dv?

Just replacing the old bosch valve with forge 007p 

But there seems to be quite a bit of oil residue where the pipes have come off on the bosch one.

Is this a problem? or just build up over the years?

If you have never had it off i would  expect there to be some sitting arround in the pipe. it eather oil vaper when it got hot or if the car has had a little over fill, it end up geting chucked around in places like this. If you where to take off you Intercooler pipes i would thing you would find a little in there also.
