HELP i have just bought a 1994 1.8 golf driver and am trying to find out if the engine is the 8v one or not as am wanting to fit an induction kit,Can some one please point me in the right direction as to find out.Phil

Ask a friend to help you.  Under starters orders ask him to run as fast as he can against you in a race, for 100m.

If he beats you, you are the proud owner of the MK3 8v.
