please help, my gti is juddering like its starved of fuel with a full tank

ok thanks i have a new fuel filter now and will fit it wen i get a chance, but i could be the lift pump from that thread but i cant hear any buzzing it just gets starved of fuel especial when going fast and after.

i have changed the fuel filter now and its still juddering so i am going to change the lift pump and hopefuly that will sort it out

Why don't you **test** the lift pump before changing it, otherwise you are just replacing parts blindly.
