Info needed please. (Newbie)
« on: 24 January 2005, 01:02 »
Hi I have just bought a D reg GL 1.8 golf, spo happy with it, need some parts though.

Could some one tell me if its injected or carb ?.

Also what sort of BHP are they and can you exspect much of an increase with a filer and back box ?.

Many thanks for your help in advance.

carb.

2 or 3bhp if you're lucky.

a 4 branch and full system would unlock a few more ponies. backbox just makes more noise, but with little increase in power.
