showing 3 new fault codes

Done a scan as I felt the car was underpowered recently, however all seems well, but got these codes:

01282 - intake manifold flap change over valve n239
17957 - P1549 Boost Pressure Contr.Valve Short to Ground
17849 - P1441 EGR Valve Circ Open/Short to Ground

Im wondering if they have anything to do with the fact my turbo pancake pipe popped off around 2000 miles ago?
I dont have full version so cant clear them, but might be an easy way to fix?
The car is a '99 GTTDI 110.
