Just sound deadened both doors with 2.5mm stuff from a guy called loudboy on Talkaudio. It's fricking brilliant. About £22 a metre sq sheet. 1 sheet does the inner & outer skin of a front door. He also does a 4mm for £30 a sheet.

I've got a couple of pics

Ah cool, so 4 sq metres should be enough to do all 4 doors thougherly then. has it made a significant difference using the 2.5mm sheet, or do you think id be better off opting for the 4mm gear?

I normally can't tell the difference between things. Mp3 & cd quality for instance. But having these installed in my fiesta (no deadening) & installed in my golf, I've noticed the midbass is more prominent, & they are clearer at higher volumes.

From outside I can feel the door vibrate but can't hear any rattles. I'm running 150wrms a side ATM & they're doing well. Will see what happens when I've got my subs in off 1.5kwrms.

The reason I opted for the 2.5mm is the 4mm is 8kg per sheet. 4 sheets = 32kg.

I have recently been having issues with a really noisy Powerflow exhaust. I bought some "SoundX" off the bay (20 square feet of it) and I've done the boot floor, boot sides, inside the boot lid and also Len's trick of under the rear seat.

Although I can still hear the exhaust, it isn't half as bad as it was  Big improvement and the entire coverage was only £30 delivered and weighed in at 7kg.
