could anyone help me ive just had my head gasket done and before it went in the garage it wouldnt rev over 5000. Id had the water pump and thermostat done then the problem accured

Sometimes the timing can be out, I found that it was a faulty hall sensor on the dizzy when I had the problem! Have you had the car scanned with a vagcom?

i had it scanned but it wouldnt read my car it wasnt a vagcom tho. Iv had the timing done i took my dizi cap off and theres a little gold mark but the rotory arm isnt inline with it. How would i adjust that if thats wrong
