Was trying to be conciliatory by saying that I was perhaps over thinking your previous post, clearly this was wasted on you.
I'm no keyboard warrior, I never say anything to people on a forum that I wouldn't happily say face to face.

But life is too short for bitterness, I just hope the guy finds his car.

i feel bad for the guy too, i've never had a car nicked, though somebody did smash my window and snap my steering lock but something must have spooked them
