The MK4 is common rail injection,  they are the "PD" Engines,  much faster and quieter, with variable vein turbos,  and yours will never be like a PD engine,  You could remap your TDI, that optimises the engine a bit, takes out some of the lumps and bumps, and lots of sound deadening,  if you muffled it enough you might just get it to sound and feel a bit like a PD!   sadly the reason diesels sound the way they do is partly due to the way the injection works,  and newer diesels work differently.


Or, slap a K&N On it and make it super loud...  like i did  :laugh:
